Having spent 15 years working as national and international tactical advisors for the National Crime Agency’s modern slavery and human trafficking unit MAGE’s founders are experts in dealing with exploitation. They have contributed to strategic assessments of the national modern slavery threat and, more vitally, have driven the tactical response on some of the largest national and international modern slavery and human trafficking (MSHT) exploitation challenges.

MAGE consultants are qualified trainers under a City & Guilds Level 4 Learning & Development diploma by the Open University. Their training is created from real life on the ground practical experiences and it is through their expertise and innovation that they have produced a number of unique bespoke training solutions.
Their reach as trainers has included specialist training delivery for the European Law Enforcement Agency and partnering with UK Border Force and their national safeguarding team to deliver multi-agency training world wide.
They have also been part of the Home Office mission team delegation representing the UK at the United Nations Office for Drugs and Crime (UNODC) trafficking in persons (TIP) working group in Vienna.
